What This Means
Communication cable between Main PCB and Inverter PCB is loose or damaged; Defective Main PCB; Defective Inverter PCB
What actually causes this:
The compressor drive board and the main control board have lost communication, which means the compressor will not run and the refrigerator will not cool.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the refrigerator and reseat the cable connecting the main board to the inverter board at the back of the unit.

Confirm 15VDC at C501 (ZD501) and 5VDC at CE1009 on Inverter PCB
