What This Means
Ice pipe heater wire disconnected at CN20; Heater element burned out
What actually causes this:
The heater keeping the nugget ice maker's water supply line from freezing has burned out.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the unit and measure resistance across pins 21 and 23 of CN20.

Measure resistance between CN20 PIN 21 and PIN 23

Expected: 24 ohm ±7%
