What This Means
Ice pipe heater wire disconnected at CN20; Heater element burned out; Short or open in heater wiring
What actually causes this:
The heater that prevents the ice maker's water supply line from freezing has burned out, which will eventually cause the water line to freeze and block ice making.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the unit and measure resistance across the ice pipe heater at CN20 pins 19 and 23.
