What This Means
Communication cable between Main and Panel PCB loose or damaged; Defective Main PCB; Defective Panel PCB
What actually causes this:
The control board and the front display have lost communication, usually from a loose cable or a failed circuit board.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the refrigerator, locate the communication cable between the main board and display panel, and confirm both connectors are firmly seated.
