What This Means
Water tank heater wire disconnected at CN90; Heater element burned out; Short or open in heater wiring
What actually causes this:
The heater that prevents the water tank (for the beverage center / dispenser) from freezing has burned out.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the unit and measure resistance between CN90 pins 1 and 5; expect about 24 ohms.

Measure resistance between CN90 PIN 1 and PIN 5

Expected: 24 ohm ±7%

0 ohm = heater short; infinite ohm = open wire or heater failure
