What This Means

Bad connector contact at CN34; Humidity/ambient sensor unit malfunction; Voltage reading outside 0.6V-4.6V range; Iced-solder or solder bridging; Defective MICOM input at pin #12

What actually causes this:

Sensor wire loose or moisture inside sensor connector

Check outdoor sensor connector for water or corrosion

How to Fix

    1. Check MAIN PCB Connector CN34 insertion

  2. 2

    2. Measure voltage between CN34-5 and CN34-6 (should be 0.6V-4.6V)

    3. Verify input voltage at IC01 MICOM pin #12

  4. 4

    4. Inspect for iced-solder or solder bridging

  5. 5

    5. Compare measured values to temperature reference table

  6. 6

    6. Check resistance value R348 on MICOM pin #12
