What actually causes this:
The heating element failed or came loose from its connections

Check if ice is jamming in the dispenser chute — that indicates heater failure

How to Fix

1. After separating Main PCB CN51 wire, measure resistance between CN51 4 and 6
- 2
2. Normal resistance should be 135 ohm ± 7%
- 3
3. 0 ohm indicates heater short circuit (dangerous)
- 4
4. Infinite ohm indicates heater or wire open
- 5
5. Replace heater element if out of specification
