The heating element failed or the connection came loose

Check if ice is stuck to the bucket — that indicates heater failure

1. After separating Main PCB CN51 wire, measure resistance between CN51 4 and 7

2. Normal resistance should be 135 ohm ± 7%
- 3
3. 0 ohm indicates short circuit
- 4
4. Infinite ohm indicates open circuit or broken wire
- 5
5. Replace heater if out of specification
