What actually causes this:

Defrost sensor wire came loose or sensor failed internally

Check for frost buildup in the convertible zone compartment

How to Fix

    1. Unplug refrigerator

  2. 2

    2. Inspect CN30 connector pins 11 and 13

  3. 3

    3. Measure voltage — normal 4.1V to 0.8V

  4. 4

    4. Reseat connector and power on

  5. 5

    5. Monitor for error clearance

  6. 6

    6. If error persists, replace defrost sensor
