What This Means
Disconnected or poorly seated connector at MAIN PCB CN31 pins 3 and 4; Open or shorted F DEF thermistor; Solder defect at R313 on PCB; Failed MICOM IC01 pin 6
What actually causes this:
The defrost sensor in the freezer evaporator area has failed or its wiring connector is loose.
First Thing to Check
Reseat the connector at CN31 on the main board and recheck.

Measure voltage between CN31-3 and CN31-4; normal range 4.5V~1.0V

Check MICOM IC01 pin 6 voltage matches CN31-3/4

Disconnect CN31 and measure defrost sensor resistance vs DATA1 table

Check solder at R313
