What This Means
Ice room heater shorted (0Ω reading); Ice room heater wire open circuit (∞Ω reading); Bimetal protector defective; Harness damaged
What actually causes this:
The heater element failed or its wire came loose
First Thing to Check
Check if ice production has stopped or ice melts excessively in refrigerator storage

1. Unplug refrigerator and wait 5 minutes

2. Disconnect MAIN PCB CN20 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN20 pins 19 and 23 (power OFF)
- 4
4. Should read 135Ω ± 7%
- 5
5. If abnormal, replace ice room heater
