What This Means
Pitcher water level sensor defective; Water intake valve leaking or stuck open; Overflow protection float stuck; Pitcher not installed properly; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
The water intake valve didn't stop filling the pitcher or the pitcher isn't seated properly
First Thing to Check
Empty the pitcher and make sure it's pushed firmly into the dispenser housing

1. Check voltage at MAIN PCB CN90 pins 11-13:

- 0V–4.5V = Water overflow condition (sensor activated)
- 3
- 4.5V–5V = Normal, no overflow
- 4
2. Empty Auto Fill pitcher if overfilled
- 5
3. Verify pitcher is seated correctly in dispenser
- 6
4. Check water intake valve — should stop after pitcher fills
- 7
5. If voltage is abnormal, replace Auto Fill pitcher sensor
