What This Means
Ice pipe heater shorted (0Ω reading); Ice pipe heater wire open circuit (∞Ω reading); Bimetal protector defective; Harness damaged or disconnected
What actually causes this:
The heater element failed or its wire came loose
First Thing to Check
Check if ice clogs the dispenser pipe or if ice doesn't flow properly

How to Fix

1. Unplug refrigerator and wait 5 minutes

2. Disconnect MAIN PCB CN90 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN90 pins 1 and 5 (power OFF)
- 4
4. Should read 63Ω ± 7% (115V) or 230Ω ± 7% (230V)
- 5
5. If 0Ω: short circuit; if ∞Ω: open circuit
