Wire harness between Main and Inverter PCB disconnected; Main PBA or Inverter PCB defect; Signal pin damaged or corroded; Inverter control voltage abnormal
What actually causes this:
A power surge disrupted communication or a wire connection came loose

Check if the compressor is running — if not, the inverter communication has failed

1. Reconnect harness between Main PBA and Inverter PCB

2. Check connector pins for corrosion

3. Verify Inverter PCB DC 15V output is present (min 13.5V)

4. Use oscilloscope to check signal if issue persists

5. If no signal on Inverter PCB, replace Inverter PCB or Main PBA
