What This Means
WiFi module disconnected or failed; Main PCB fault
What actually causes this:
The built-in WiFi chip that connects the fridge to SmartThings has lost communication with the main board.
First Thing to Check
Go into the display menu and toggle WiFi off and back on (hold '>' button for 10 seconds).

Verify WiFi module is physically connected

Check module connector voltages: TX/RX should swing 0-5V; RST should be 5V; VCC should be 12V

Perform factory reset by holding Door Alarm button (4-door) or 'O' button (3-door) until display shows 'Ar' (~15 seconds)

Replace WiFi module if still failing
