What actually causes this:
Damper heater wiring loose or heater element burned out
First Thing to Check
Verify the damper heater connector is fully seated on the main board

Separate MAIN PCB CN77 wire from PCB

Measure resistance between CN77 Black and Brown wire (power off)

Expected: 135 ohm ±7%

0 ohm = short, infinite = open circuit
