What This Means

What actually causes this:
Fan blade has ice build-up from a previous defrost failure, locking the motor
First Thing to Check
Remove the fridge evaporator cover and check for ice blockage around the fan blades

Verify voltage between CN20 #15 and #17 is DC 7–12V when running

Check voltage between CN20 #15 and #17 is ~DC 2V for feedback pulse
