What This Means

What actually causes this:
Fan motor failed or the connector at CN40 worked loose during handling
First Thing to Check
Reseat connector CN40 on the Main PCB and run the forced operation test

Check voltage between Main PCB CN40 #13 and #15 (should be DC 7–12V when running)

Check voltage between CN40 #13 and CN20 #15 (should be ~DC 2V for feedback)
