What This Means
Short between compressor U/V/W phases; Short among IPM pins; IPM operating voltage below DC 13.5V; Faulty R1 resistor (bad soldering); Compressor or refrigerant cycle issue
What actually causes this:
IPM damaged by voltage spike or overheating of the compressor during a prior lockout event

Inspect the inverter PCB visually for burnt components or cracked solder joints near the IPM
