Error Code 13C
Humidity sensor reporting abnormal value
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: 13C
What This Means
Sensor housing separated; Incomplete connector contact; Open-circuited wire; Short-circuit; No DC 5V supply to sensor
What actually causes this:
The humidity sensor in the top table area has lost power or the sensor itself has failed — common after moisture exposure.
First Thing to Check
Open the top table cover and confirm the sensor connector is fully seated.
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Verify Main PBA connector CN90 is inserted properly
- 2
Check if DC 5V is supplied to the humidity sensor (pins #1-#2 of sensor connector)
- 3
Check output voltage at humidity sensor connectors #4-#2; normal range is 1V–4V
- 4
Check voltage between Main PCB CN90 pins 4 and 2; should be 3.68V–0.98V
- 5
Replace humidity sensor if output is abnormal with correct supply voltage
