What actually causes this:

Condenser fan motor seized or wiring damaged in the machine compartment.

First Thing to Check

Remove the compressor cover (5 screws) and check if the fan blade spins freely by hand.

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check feedback signal between Main PCB CN20 pins 20 and 24; fan running produces a specific frequency pulse

  2. 2

    Check drive voltage between CN20 #22 and #24 (should be DC 7–12V)

  3. 3

    Verify machine compartment is clear of debris
