What actually causes this:

Fan motor seized or wiring damaged inside the FlexZone evaporator cover.

First Thing to Check

Enter Forced Run mode and listen at the FlexZone compartment for fan operation.

How to Fix

    Check feedback signal between Main PCB CN20 pins 20 and 24

  2. 2

    Fan running correctly produces a specific frequency pulse

  3. 3

    Check drive voltage between CN40 #13 and #15 (DC 7–12V)

  4. 4

    Verify FlexZone door switch is closed
