What This Means

What actually causes this:
The small DC heater on the ice water pipe has failed open, which can cause ice blockages in the water line.
First Thing to Check
Disconnect the heater connector and measure resistance with a multimeter — it should read approximately 62 ohms.

If open circuit (infinity): heater wire or element failed
