What actually causes this:

The power inverter module controlling the compressor failed or overheated.

First Thing to Check

Check if the inverter PCB is hot or shows any burn marks or discoloration.

    Check COMP wire connections U, V, W at IPM

    Check PCB bottom side solder joints around R1
