What This Means
IPM (Intelligent Power Module) pins shorted; Abnormal current detected at compressor; Compressor mechanical restriction; Low input voltage below threshold; Over voltage condition; Compressor winding short or open
What actually causes this:
Locked rotor, blown IPM, wiring short, or low supply voltage
First Thing to Check
Check CN75 #3 to #10 voltage (7V~12V expected); inspect compressor lead connections U/V/W

Verify IPM operating voltage is above 13.5V DC

Check input voltage: should be above 53V (110V input) or 106V (220V input)

Verify compressor operation signal at CN103 #4 (should be 0~800Hz 50% duty)
