What This Means
Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly engaged; Water supply is blocked due to an alien substance in the valve; Water supply is blocked due to frozen water; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are turned off, or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment.
First Thing to Check
Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on, and check that the fill hoses are not kinked.

1. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve (Resistance: 0.9K ohms to 1.1K ohms between the terminals of the valve)

2. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter
