What This Means

Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Water supply hoses kinked, bent, or restricted; Cold and warm water supply hoses wrongly engaged; Frozen water pipes

What actually causes this:

Usually the water faucets behind the washer are turned off or the inlet hose filter screens are clogged with sediment.

First Thing to Check

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open.

How to Fix

    1. Check if the water supply valve is broken; if so, replace the valve

  2. 2

    2. Check if water supply is blocked due to foreign substance in the valve

  3. 3

    3. Check if water is actually being supplied to the machine

  4. 4

    4. Check if the water supply is blocked due to frozen water

  5. 5

    5. If PBA relay malfunctions, replace the PBA

  6. 6

    6. Make sure cold water tap and hot water tap are properly connected at both tap and machine

  7. 7

    7. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve: 15.57–19.03 ohm between terminals

  8. 8

    8. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter
