What This Means
Power supply voltage too high; Improper power conditions at the outlet; Extension cord or plug receptacle causing voltage issues; Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
The outlet is providing higher-than-normal voltage, or a power surge occurred. Sometimes caused by sharing a circuit with high-draw appliances.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait one minute, then plug it back in. If the error returns, try a different outlet that is not on an extension cord.

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and verify operating voltage at the outlet.

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe the washer's operation.

3. Check voltages at the power supply.

4. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is being used. When the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V.

5. If main PBA fault is suspected, replace the PBA.
