What This Means
Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors are incorrectly switched; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer is not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses are incorrectly switched; Water temperature sensed as higher than 50°C in Wool or Delicates/Hand wash for 8 seconds; Main PCB fault; Freezing in winter season
What actually causes this:
The water supply hoses are kinked or the faucets are turned off, or the inlet filter is clogged with sediment

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open

1. Check the resistance for the water supply valve — resistance: 0.9 kohms to 1.2 kohms between the terminals of the water supply valve

2. Check whether water is supplied continually and whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve and diaphragm filter

3. If the water supply valve has a disconnected wire, replace it
- 4
4. Check whether water supply is clogged with foreign material
- 5
5. Check whether no water is supplied because of freezing in winter
- 6
6. If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA
