What This Means
Pump motor impeller is damaged internally; Wrong voltage (220V to 110V) supplied to parts; Part fault; Freezing in the winter season; Drain hose is clogged (injection error, foreign material); Water pump terminal is not connected; Foreign materials collected inside drain pump (rubber bands, bills, cotton, hair pins, coins)
What actually causes this:
Something like a coin, hair pin, or small clothing item is stuck in the drain pump or the drain hose is kinked
First Thing to Check
Check that the drain hose isn't kinked or clogged — also check the drain pump filter if your model has an accessible cleanout

1. Check whether the drain pump revolutions are restrained by foreign material — remove the foreign material and check if it operates directly

2. Check the drain pump resistance: 14.2 ohms at 20°C (plus or minus 7%)

3. Check the wire connectors on Main PCB and drain pump ASSY

4. If drain pump is faulty, replace it

5. Check for freezing in winter — remove the freezing as directed

6. Check whether the drain pump motor revolutions are restrained by foreign material — remove and check

7. Check wire connections and terminal contacts

8. If poor physical connection, the connector or wire may have poor physical connection — check connectors on Main PCB
