What This Means
Water level sensor is defective; Water level sensor terminal connector is not properly connected; Water level sensor hose is broken or disconnected; Incorrect part code used for water level sensor causing abnormal operation; Main PCB is defective
What actually causes this:
The water level sensor connection came loose or the small hose connected to it cracked
First Thing to Check
Turn off the washer, unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

1. Verify the water level sensor and terminal connector are properly connected

2. Check the part code of the water level sensor — an incorrect part will cause abnormal operation

3. Measure the water level sensor frequency — should read approximately 26.4 KHz without water (minimum 25.9 KHz)

4. Inspect the water level sensor hose for breaks or disconnections (Checking Part: Blue Color Wire, Orange Color Wire)

5. If the water level sensor is defective, replace it

6. If no problems found with the sensor, replace the main PBA
