Error Code 9E1
Your washer is getting unreliable power from the outlet
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: 9E1
What This Means
Consumer power conditions are abnormal; Operating voltage is out of range; Plug receptacle is used (extension cord causing voltage drop); Connecting wire over 1m long causing momentary low voltage drop up to 10V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a weak outlet that can't deliver steady power
First Thing to Check
Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord or power strip
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the consumer's power conditions — verify operating voltage
- 2
2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe operation
- 3
3. Check voltages carefully
- 4
4. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is used — when connecting wire is 1m, momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V
- 5
5. If voltage is stable and correct, check Main PBA
