What This Means
Power button pressed continually for more than 12 seconds; Switch jammed or stuck due to uneven pressing from control panel deformation; Screws holding sub PBA tightened too much; A button other than Power pressed continually for more than 30 seconds; Deformation of an internal plastic injection part; Assembly screw for sub PBA tightened too much
What actually causes this:
A button got stuck from moisture, a spill, or something pressing against the control panel

Press each button on the control panel a few times to see if any feels stuck or doesn't spring back
