What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Washing heater in the tub has a contact error or temperature sensor fault; Water frozen causing dry-fire overheating; Heater engagement fault (out of place); PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or its wiring came loose
First Thing to Check
If your clothes feel cold after a warm wash cycle, the heater has likely failed

1. Check heater resistance between A and B — should be 16.05 +/- 0.65 Ohm

2. Check for wire disconnection

3. If heater is OK, check wash-thermistor at back of tub

4. Replace faulty component
