What This Means
Water level sensor terminal is out of place; Water is supplied continually because water level detection does not work; Drain hose is clogged with foreign material causing water level detection failure; Water supplied continually because of freezing or foreign material in water supply valve; Water level sensor is degraded; Freezing in the winter season
What actually causes this:
The water level sensor hose came loose or got pinched, so the washer can't tell how full it is and keeps filling

Turn off the washer and the water supply faucets behind it immediately to stop water flow
