What This Means

Washing heater sensor in the tub has an error (contact error or temperature sensor fault); Connector is connected incorrectly or is disconnected; Water level sensor operates without water because water is frozen; Temperature sensor at bottom detects 100-150°C causing power off; Dry temperature sensor fault; Condensing temperature sensor fault; Main PCB fault; Freezing in winter season

What actually causes this:

One of the temperature sensors inside the washer has a loose wire or has gone bad

First Thing to Check

Unplug the washer for 60 seconds and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

    1. Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector

    4. If the dry heater temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it

  5. 5

    5. Check the connections for the condensing duct temperature sensor connector

    6. If the condensing duct temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it

  7. 7

    7. Check the type of laundry — certain items may cause unbalanced situation

  8. 8

    8. Check for freezing in winter season
