The washer is plugged into an extension cord or shares a circuit with other large appliances

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet — not an extension cord or power strip

    1. Check the consumer's power conditions and make sure operating voltage is correct

    2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Sanitize Cycle and observe operation

  3. 3

    3. Check whether the power cord or extension cord is too long

  4. 4

    4. Verify that the outlet provides stable 120V

  5. 5

    5. If voltage is stable and error persists, replace the Main PBA
