What This Means
Water is supplied continually because the water level detection does not work; Drain hose is clogged with an injection at a narrow section; Water supplied continually because of freezing or foreign material in the water supply valve; Water level sensor is degraded; Water level sensor terminal is out of place
What actually causes this:
The water level sensor stopped working, so the washer keeps filling with water and doesn't know when to stop

Turn off the washer immediately and close the water supply faucets behind it to stop more water from entering
