What actually causes this:
The small AddWash door on the front of the washer was not pushed shut completely.
First Thing to Check
Push the small AddWash door firmly until it clicks shut.

2. Check add door switch and barrier lock module movement for normal operation

3. Check open detection switch and barrier lock pillars coming down while pressing for normal operation

4. Check door lock motor resistance (pins 1-2: 46.57 plus or minus 15 ohms)

5. Check lock stroke for normal detection on protrusion status (pins 3-4 and 3-5 resistance values)

6. Check main PBA door detection circuit and connector combination
- 7
7. Replace or repair if faulty
