What This Means

Washing temperature sensor fault; Connector connected incorrectly or disconnected; Main PCB fault; Heater sensor abnormality detecting incorrect temperatures

What actually causes this:

The temperature sensor wire came loose from its connector or the sensor itself failed

First Thing to Check

Unplug the washer for 60 seconds and plug it back in — if the error returns, the sensor needs replacement

How to Fix

    1. Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector

  2. 2

    2. Check the washing temperature sensor resistance (normal at room temperature: 12 kilo-ohms)

  3. 3

    3. If the heater sensor connector is incorrectly connected, reconnect it

  4. 4

    4. If the sensor is faulty, replace it

  5. 5

    5. If the main PBA is faulty, replace it
