What This Means
Switch is jammed or stuck due to uneven pressing from deformed control panel or button; Screws that hold the sub PBA in place are tightened too much; Button other than Power button is continually pressed for more than 30 seconds; Deformation of an internal plastic injection part; Sub PBA assembly screw tightened too much
What actually causes this:
A button on the control panel is physically stuck or the panel got warped from heat or pressure

Press each button on the control panel firmly to see if any are stuck — try wiggling a stuck button free
