What This Means
Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly engaged into each other; Water temperature is sensed as higher than 50 degrees C in the Wool or Lingerie courses
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses were accidentally swapped during installation.
First Thing to Check
Check that the hot and cold water hoses at the back of the washer are connected to the matching faucets.
