What This Means

What actually causes this:
Usually caused by using an extension cord or sharing an outlet with other high-draw appliances.

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not through an extension cord or power strip.

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and verify the operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil operations and observe the washing machine's operation

3. Check the voltages for under or over voltage condition
- 4
4. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is used - when the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V
- 5
5. If power supply is confirmed stable, check the main PBA
