What This Means

What actually causes this:
Most commonly caused by small items like coins, hair pins, or lint clogging the debris filter or drain pump.
First Thing to Check
Open the small access panel at the bottom front of the washer, unscrew the debris filter cap, and remove any trapped objects. Have towels ready for water.

1. If freezing is suspected, check and remove ice from drain components

2. Check whether the drain pump motor revolutions are restrained by foreign material and remove as directed

3. Check the Main PCB and drain pump assembly wire connections

4. Check the drain pump resistance: upper washer drain pump 13-16.5 ohms

5. Check the drain pump resistance: lower washer drain pump 13-16.5 ohms, bubble pump 40-50 ohms
