What This Means
Water temperature sensed higher than 50C during Wool or Lingerie cycle; Hot water supply connected incorrectly
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses are swapped at the back of the machine, so hot water is flowing in when cold is expected.

Check that the hot and cold water hoses at the back of the machine are connected to the correct inlets (not swapped).
