Oven heating over (temperature overshoot)

What This Means

Sensor resistance abnormal; Heater relay malfunction; Damaged wiring connections; Main PCB defective

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and sub PCB

2. 2

   Check DLB, Bake, Broil, Convection relay operation

3. 3

   Verify relay resistance values are correct

4. 4

   Check for any damage on Main PCB

5. 5

   Measure oven sensor resistance (normal: 22-28 ohms)

6. 6

   Check connecting condition of harness related to oven sensor

7. 7

   Replace oven sensor if resistance abnormal

8. 8

   Replace main or sub PCB if no problems found elsewhere
