Keypad cable not inserted correctly; Short between Main PCB and connector; Short between keypad and cable; Main PCB connector damaged

How to Fix

   Disconnect power

   Check keypad cable insertion into Main PCB connector

3. 3

   Check for shorts between Main PCB and connector

4. 4

   Check for shorts between keypad and cable

5. 5

   Repair damaged/shorted area between connector and keypad

6. 6

   Replace or repair membrane touch if damaged

7. 7

   Check for short circuits between membrane touch and cable

8. 8

   Replace Main PCB if no shorts found
