What This Means

Overflow sensor housing separation; Contact error at connector; Disconnection in sensor wire; Short circuit in sensor; Actual water overflow in autofill pitcher

What actually causes this:

The autofill pitcher was not seated correctly on its base, causing the fill valve to overfill into the sensor area

First Thing to Check

Remove the AutoFill Pitcher and check whether there is water in the overflow sensor area below the pitcher

How to Fix

    Check voltage between Main PCB CN60 pins 7 and 3

  2. 2

    0V to 4.5V indicates water overflow condition

  3. 3

    4.5V to 5V indicates no overflow (normal)
