What actually causes this:
The heater that prevents the Beverage Center water tank from freezing has failed.
First Thing to Check
Power off the fridge and check resistance between CN60 pins 21 and 23.

Disconnect MAIN PCB CN60 connector

Measure resistance between CN60-'21' ↔ '23': should be ~63Ω ± 7%

0Ω = heater short; ∞Ω = wire or heater open
