What This Means

Water level sensor hose is damaged or punctured; Hose is clogged with foreign material; Hose is folded or kinked; Too much lubricant applied to the air hose insertion part; Hose engagement error (disengaged); Part fault due to faulty internal soldering; Water level sensor terminal is disengaged; Main PBA fault; PBA connector terminal is not connected

What actually causes this:

Most often caused by a kinked or clogged air hose connected to the water level sensor.

Make sure the washer is not overloaded and restart the cycle.

How to Fix

    1. Check the water level sensor terminal connections and contacts

  2. 2

    2. Verify correct water level sensor is installed by checking the material code

  3. 3

    3. Connect the water level sensor and connector, then check frequency

  4. 4

    4. Check Pink Color Wire and Orange Color Wire

  5. 5

    5. Measure frequency: should be approximately 25.3 KHz with no load

  6. 6

    6. If sensor is faulty, replace it

  7. 7

    7. If error persists after replacing sensor, replace the main PBA
